About OK Farms Coffee! 

The Star Product is of course our OK Farms Coffee.

 The "Big Island" of Hawaii produces some the richest coffee in the world.  Hawaii is the only U.S. State situated within the tropics, the belt of our planet, south of the tropic of cancer and north of the tropic of capricorn.

This ideal location makes for the perfect climate, temperature, humidity and abundant rainfall accompanied by our rich volcanic soil enables us to cultivate this unique strain of coffee.

Our coffees operations all take place on the "Big Island" of Hawaii.  The cherries ripen at different times and therefor have to be carefully hand picked many times a week. The cherries then go through the "wet process" where the cherries are removed mechanically from the seed.  These green beans are then dried in the sun, sorted and bagged.  Green coffee will stay fresh for a very long time until roasted.

* When freshness is mentioned it means from when the green beans are roasted.*

OK Farms coffee is a Arabica coffee that has a distinctive, rich, warm and velvety flavor that will surely perk your delight.

Our product is made in the U.S.A. and is 100% Hawaiian produced.  OK Farms Coffee is roasted every thirty days to a medium-dark and is available as a whole bean or a ground coffee.  This method ensures that "freshness" and smooth flavor of our unique coffee.

*Beware of coffee labels that say Kona or Hawaiian Blends which contain 15% or less of Hawaiian beans.  U.S.A. Coffee is 100% grown in Hawaii.
